The ICW Tag Team Championships will be on the line at Fear & Loathing XVI between two teams whose respect has been replaced by pure hatred!
At Barred III, Arcade Violence achieved what many thought was impossible, when they defeated both The Girvans and The P.O.D in one night to capture the vacant ICW Tag Team Championships. Two of the most popular stars in ICW today, Jake Lawless & Brody Turnbull had the fans in a frenzy as they captured the titles inside the Steel Cage, only 2 years into their professional wrestling careers. Determined to get their title reign off on the right foot, Arcade Violence defeated Reece & Rogan at Wake Me Up in September, then called out The Girvans to issue a challenge to the brothers. After their phenomenal clash at Barred, Arcade felt there was no team better to have their first Fear & Loathing match against than Lewis & Fraser, with the Tag Titles on the line, and offered The Girvans their hands in respect. The answer they got quickly changed the entire landscape of the Tag Team Division.
All it took was a low kick & a cutter from Lewis Girvan to set the match in motion. Sick of shaking hands & fighting to earn the respect of the ICW fans, The Girvans mercilessly attacked Arcade Violence, with Lara Steel & the crowd watching in disbelief. Proclaiming himself to one of the best professional wrestlers in the world, and his brother Fraser to be one of the most dangerous, Lewis accepted Arcade’s challenge, and promised that Arcade Violence’s fairytale reign would end at Fear & Loathing XVI.
Their match at Barred III was built on respect, but now, war has been declared between Arcade Violence & The Girvans, with the ICW Tag Team Championships hanging in the balance. With everything on the line in The Garage, with Jake Lawless & Brody Turnbull keep their reign alive and get some payback in the process, or will Lewis & Fraser Girvan destroy everything that The AV Club have worked so hard to gain over the past 2 years?
Fear & Loathing XVI takes place at The Garage in Glasgow on Sunday 17 November. Seats are now SOLD OUT, with remaining Standing tickets available at Universe
