A former ICW Zero-G Champion will clash with a former ICW World Heavyweight Champion on Sunday 13th August at Shug’s Hoose Party 8, when Dylan Thorn faces David C. Thomson!
One of the hottest young stars of the past few years, Dylan Thorn has been on a tear through ICW since 2021. Once the crown jewel of The Manifesto, Dylan captured the ICW Zero-G Championship in early 2022, catapulting him into an elite class, early in his career. Having since turned his back on ADM’s unit, and earning the respect and admiration of the fans, Dylan delivers an intense and exciting match every time he steps through the ropes. It may, however, be for that very reason that Dylan has become a target for a vengeful former World Champion.
The newly christened David C.Thomson (formerly known as DCT) has had a rollercoaster few years. After achieving his dream of becoming ICW World Heavyweight Champion in 2018, DCT lost the title only 2 months later to his former friend Jackie Polo, setting him on a downward spiral that many believed he would never get out of. After returning from a sabbatical on the other side of the planet, DCT took on the guise of Jackie Polo, looking to destroy and embarrass the man who took his title. With those issues put to to the side for now, the man behind ‘Jackie Polo’ has resurfaced as David C. Thomson, the President of Victory, Incorporated. With his eyes now purely fixed on reclaiming the ICW World Heavyweight Championship, Thomson has promised a reign of terror on ICW until he get’s what he wants, and first on his list of ‘sacrificial lambs’ is Dylan Thorn.
Dylan has refused to cower from Thomson, and has stepped up to face the former World Champion at Shug’s Hoose Party 8. Can he defeat The President of Victory, Incorporated, or will David C. Thomson take his first step on the road to the World Heavyweight Title?
Shug’s Hoose Party 8 takes place at The Garage in Glasgow on Sunday 13 August. Seats are now sold out, however Standing tickets are still available at Universe.
